- Free In-Store Pickup: You can pick up your order at no additional charge at Tidewater Safety Shoes Service Inc, located at 3714 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders up to $99.00, we offer flat-rate shipping of $10.00 within the contiguous U.S.A.
- FREE Shipping: For orders over $99.00, shipping is free within the contiguous U.S.A.
Please note that TSS does not provide shipping to other U.S.A. States & Territories outside contiguous U.S.A., or internationally.
Shipping Process
- TSS ships from Virginia using a combination of shipping vendors including FedEx & UPS.
- Orders for in-stock items will be processed on the next normal business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is successfully placed. Another notification will be sent when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at tidewatersafetyshoes.com
Order Changes
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please review your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy.
Lost Items
TSS cannot be held responsible for items lost in shipping. If your item is showing incorrect tracking information or appears to have been misplaced, please contact the carrier (FedEx or UPS) using the tracking information provided. Inventory
- Everything on our website is in stock. If a specific size or color is not available, it means that spec is sold out.
- Online store items are also available in our retail store, so there is a possibility that your ordered item may be purchased by another customer before we can pull it. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a refund or a similar style/color if applicable.
Quality Assurance
All items are brand new with tags, inspected, and shipped by TSS standards. If you find an item unsatisfactory, please email us photos or call us so we can address the issue promptly.
