We do not ship outside the contiguous US at this time. Check back here periodically for process changes that may allow international shipping.

Within the US, TSS is required to collect and remit sales tax in certain states due to laws enacted by those states. Any order that has a shipping address within the contiguous US will have sales tax applied to the purchase.

Please email your Tax Exempt Certificate to sales@tideewatersafetyshoes.com and we will update your account within 1 business day or, for immediate service, call us at 757-244-0121 during regular business hours.

Our prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). All transactions for your order will occur in US Dollars.

All product returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number please call us at 757-244-0121 or 1-800-543-1299. Or you can use our contact form.

If the product is not defective it must be in “new” condition and returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for products that are worn, washed, or soiled. Please try on and wear your product in a clean environment to ensure comfort.

Closeout / clearance items my not be returned. All closeout/clearance item sales are final.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been subjected to excessive / unusual wear (cuts, burns, chemical or acid burns, etc.), mistreatment, or poor fitting if worn and soiled. Please note, if your return is denied due to the above rules, your product will be returned to you.

All products are fully warranted against manufacturer defects for 120 days from the date of purchase.

Tidewatersafetyshoes.com will replace or refund the product at the full purchase price for 120 days from the date of purchase.
